FIR registered against land owner and broker

Ramgarh, 16 December (Hindustan Reporter). The work of defrauding people is being done through the landlord family and land brokers of Ramgarh city. In this case, an FIR has been lodged in Ramgarh police station against land owner Amresh Ganak and broker Ashok Sahu. Khana Chowk resident Satyanarayan Sahu, who filed the FIR, told on Monday that he had made a deal for Rs 25 lakh for a decimal land situated in Sahu Colony. For which he has paid more than half of the amount. But neither the land is being registered nor the money is being refunded through the land owner and the broker.

In this case, Satyanarayan Sahu told the police that in the year 2014, he had made a deal of one decimal land with Amresh Ganak and Ashok Kumar Sahu. During this time he paid the first installment of Rs 5100. After this he paid Rs 5 lakh 1000, 1.5 lakh and then Rs 7 lakh for account 286 plot 172. But neither the land has been registered yet nor any possession has been given to them through the land owners. There is continuous delay in taking money through Amresh Janak and Ashok Sahu. At present the police is thoroughly investigating the entire matter.
