Along with this, the victim woman was scolded and thrown out. After this, the victim woman went to SP Sagar Kumar. There also the SP did not register the FIR.
After this, an application was sent by post to register an FIR. Even after this, the FIR was not registered. In the same case, the victim woman, fed up with the district administration, went to the court to file a complaint. In the same case, the court of Additional District and Sessions Judge First cum Special Judge POCSO Kumar Gunjan ordered the Kochadhaman Police Station in-charge to first register an FIR in the case. After this, the Kochadhaman Police Station in-charge registered an FIR against five people including Kishanganj Women Police Station in-charge.
