FIR lodged against Kejriwal's PA Vibhav Kumar in Swati Maliwal misbehavior case

Delhi Police has registered an FIR in the case of assault and misbehavior with Aam Aadmi Party Rajya Sabha MP Swati Maliwal. Delhi Police registered an FIR against Arvind Kejriwal's PA Vibhav Kumar late on Thursday night on the basis of a written complaint received from Swati Maliwal three days later. According to Delhi Police sources, an FIR has been registered at Delhi's Civil Lines Police Station under sections of IPC alleging assault, violation of woman's dignity, threat and obscene acts.

Vibhav Kumar is out of Delhi

Sources say that Vibhav Kumar is currently out of Delhi. He will be arrested as soon as he returns to Delhi. Delhi Police took this action after reaching Swati Maliwal's official residence on Thursday and recording her statement. Maliwal recorded his statement in the case of attack on him at the Delhi Chief Minister's residence on May 13 and lodged a written complaint with the Delhi Police.

Swati Maliwal assaulted

According to sources, Swati told the police that Vibhav slapped and kicked her. Hit me in the stomach. Not only this, my upper and lower body was also attacked. Based on Maliwal's statements, the police have registered an FIR against Vibhav under IPC sections of assault, criminal intimidation and outraging the modesty of a woman.

Kejriwal's role in the fight will be investigated

Delhi Police has registered an FIR on the basis of Swati Maliwal's statement. According to sources, Arvind Kejriwal's name is also there in the FIR, but he has not been made an accused yet.
