Ghaziabad, 08 April (HS). The Municipal Corporation has filed a fraud report against four operators of a firm which is doing advertising work even after the six-year contract has ended.
Municipal Corporation's advertising in-charge Pallavi Singh has said in the complaint given to the police that Shiv Shakti Dream Home Private Limited had signed a contract with the Municipal Corporation for advertising in the year 2017. In which this company had an agreement to display its advertisements along with the maintenance of traffic signals.
He has said in the Tahrir that the Municipal Corporation's contract with Shiv Shakti Dream House Private Limited ended on 23rd 2023, despite this the firm continues to display advertisements on traffic signals. Along with this, the traffic system was not transferred. Due to this, the Municipal Corporation had given 24 hours' notice to Param to hand over the entire signals to the Corporation, but till now the company has not taken any action in this regard. In this case, a case has been registered against company directors Harish Sharma, Gunjan Sharma, Kapil Mohan Gupta and Tarun Sharma under IPS sections 341, 420, 338, 186 and Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act 1984.
