Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman traveled in Delhi Metro, interacted with students

New Delhi, May 17 (Hindustan Reporter) Union Finance and Corporate Affairs Minister Nirmala Sitharaman traveled in Delhi Metro on Friday. He interacted with CA, CS, CMA and CUET students during his journey from New Delhi to Laxmi Nagar.

Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman discussed career opportunities during her interaction with students, the Finance Minister's Office said in a statement issued on the 'X' post. The Finance Minister also motivated them to work hard and contribute to nation building.

During her interaction with the students, Sitharaman said that as per the vision of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the country is moving towards becoming a developed India. He also interacted with the passengers traveling in the metro. During his visit, the Finance Minister said in conversation that the Prime Minister's vision is to develop India by 2047.

He further said that the Modi-led government is continuously working to provide various types of skills to the youth to help them get adequate employment opportunities.

The Finance Minister also encouraged the youth to vote in the ongoing elections. Bharatiya Janata Party candidate from East Delhi Lok Sabha constituency Harsh Malhotra was also present during the Finance Minister's interaction with the students.
