The Irish cricketer of Indian origin is fighting a battle between life and death these days. The Irish cricketer is suffering from severe liver failure. Currently, the cricketer is being treated at Medanta Hospital in Gurugram and the player is admitted in the ICU. Yes, we are talking about Ireland's top all-rounder Simranjit Singh aka Simi Singh, who is currently undergoing treatment in the ICU and is fighting a battle between life and death.

Relatives gave information about the cricketer's health

Cricketer Simranjit Singh's father-in-law told that 5-6 months ago when Simi was in Dublin, she had a different kind of fever. This fever would come and go. When she got her test done in Ireland, no other result related to the disease was released. Due to which the doctors there did not even start her medication. After which Simi's condition kept deteriorating due to delay in treatment. After which we decided to come to India and get her good treatment.

After coming to India, her treatment started in Mohali but she did not get any relief there either. A private hospital in Mohali was told that Simi had TB. Her condition continued to deteriorate and Simi was later advised to get treatment at Medanta Hospital in Gurugram.

Simi Singh was born in Punjab

Simranjit Singh was born in Mohali, Punjab. Simi Singh has played Under-14 and Under-17 cricket for Punjab, although he did not get a chance to play Under-19 for Punjab. After which Simi decided to go to Ireland in 2005 to do hotel management. But little did he know that cricket was not going to leave him even there. In the year 2006, Simranjit Singh was included in the Malahide Cricket Club of Ireland.
