A painful road accident took place in Balod district of Chhattisgarh. In the massive collision between a truck and a car, 6 people died while 7 were injured. The incident happened at 12 noon. There were 13 people in the car. The accident was so terrible that the car was blown to pieces. 6 people died, including 1 child, 4 women and 1 man.
The family was returning from the Chhathi program.
After hours of hard work with the help of police and local people, the people trapped in the car were taken out. The people in the car were returning to their village Gurera after attending the Chhathi program at the Kumbhkar family’s house in Daundi. The accident took place on Bhanupratappur-Dalli Rajhara main road, which falls under Daundi police station area of Chaurahapadav.
The car driver was pulled out with great difficulty
After the accident, the car driver got badly trapped and with the help of local people and police, he was pulled out after hours of effort. All the injured were taken to Daundi and in view of their critical condition, they have been referred to a higher treatment centre.
