In view of this, Feed Water, Save Birds campaign was started in Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University (CSJMU). This campaign is under the National Service Scheme and NCC of the University Campus. Being operated by the units. Along with water, food will also be provided to the birds.
The objective of the university is that every creature living in the ecosystem should live its life well and the students should develop a feeling of cooperation towards birds and animals and the feeling of service to humans and animals should increase in them. In the program organized on Friday, all the units of National Service Scheme and NCC of the campus were present. Cadets of 17 UP Girls Battalion and 3 UP Air Squad units met Vice Chancellor Prof. Along with Vinay Kumar Pathak, containers for water and food for birds were hung on trees and containers were installed at various places in the service garden. These vessels were made from clay and materials thrown in the trash. This campaign will continue continuously till summer.
The Vice Chancellor said that the service work should be done in real and not to be shown on Twitter or Facebook. He said that students should devote some time during the day to serve animals. Service to living beings is service to God. Students should pour water and food into the containers placed today. This campaign will run throughout the summer and within three months they will be established for 1100 eligible birds.
