Fear of rain on last two days of Navratri, Garba organizers worried

Ahmedabad, 10 October (Hindustan Reporter). These days Navratri is in full swing all over Gujarat. People enjoying Garba are busy in the program till late night. Meteorological Department has predicted moderate to heavy rain in many districts of the state from October 10 to 16, including the last two days of Navratri.

Garba organizers and Garba lovers are worried due to this expression.

According to Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) scientist Ramashray Yadav, there may be moderate to heavy rain in many districts of the state on Thursday and Friday. There may be disruption in organizing such Garba. The department has predicted heavy rain in Navsari, Valsad on Thursday. There will be light to moderate rain in districts including Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Surat. On Friday, there is a possibility of rain in Amreli, Bhavnagar of South Gujarat and Saurashtra.

According to the Meteorological Department, there will be heavy rain in Navsari, Valsad and Dangs on Thursday. There will be rain with lightning and thunder at many places in Vadodara, Chhota Udepur, Bharuch, Narmada, Surat, Tapi. There will be rain at many places in Ahmedabad, Kheda, Aravalli, Anand, Panchmahal, Dahod, Mahisagar, Junagadh, Gir Somnath, Amreli, Bhavnagar. Apart from this, the weather department estimates that there will be heavy rain in Gir Somnath, Amreli, Bhavnagar, Surat, Tapi, Dangs, Navsari and Valsad on October 11. There may be torrential rains at many places in Vadodara, Chhota Udepur, Bharuch and Narmada. There will be rain in districts like Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, Aravalli, Anand, Panchmahal, Dahod, Mahisagar, Junagadh, Porbandar and Botad etc. of Central Gujarat. There is a possibility of rain on the last two days of Navratri i.e. Thursday and Friday.

Garba parties may get disrupted due to this. Party organizers and Garba lovers are worried about this.

There will be rain at many places in Vadodara, Chhota Udepur, Bharuch and Narmada. Rain is expected in some areas of Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, Kheda, Aravalli, Anand, Panchmahal, Dahod, Mahisagar, Botad. Apart from this, on October 13, there will be heavy rain in Devbhoomi Dwarka, Porbandar, Junagadh, Gir Somnath, Amreli, Surat, Tapi, Dangs, Navsari, Valsad. There will be rain at many places in Vadodara, Chhoto Udepur, Bharuch and Narmada. There will be rain in Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, Kheda, Aravalli, Anand, Panchmahal, Dahod, Mahisagar, Bhavnagar, Bautad, Surendranagar, Morbi, Rajkot, Jamanagar. There is a possibility of rain in Junagadh, Gir Somnath, Amreli, Bhavnagar, Chhota Udepur, Bharuch, Narmada, Surat, Tapi, Navsari, Dangs, Valsad on October 14. On October 15, there may be sporadic rain in Amreli, Gir Somnath, Surat, Tapi, Navsari, Dangs, Valsad. There may be light drizzle in Navsari and Valsad on 16th October.
