The problem of fatty liver is increasing rapidly these days and most of its cases are seen at an early age. Due to changing lifestyle, people between 30 and 40 years of age are becoming victims of fatty liver. Alcohol is considered most responsible for fatty liver but our bad lifestyle is also responsible for it. Hepatitis C infection – Hepatitis C infection from contaminated food and drinks also increases the risk of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.

Excessive alcohol consumption – Alcohol is also a major factor in fatty liver, alcohol affects the liver function, which increases the risk of fatty liver.
