On the occasion of the birth anniversary of Father of the Nation Mahatma Gandhi, apart from various social and political organizations, educational institutions paid emotional tributes to him and remembered his work and personality. The birth anniversary of Gandhiji and Lal Bahadur Shastri was celebrated at the Sure Success Coaching Center in Murhu. Institute Director Sakaldeep Bhagat started the program by garlanding the portraits of both the great men. Addressing the students, Sakaldeep Bhagat said that Bapuji played the most important role in liberating the country from the clutches of the British. He forced the British to kneel many times on the basis of his principle of truth and non-violence.

The birth anniversary of Father of the Nation late Mahatma Gandhi and former Prime Minister Late Lal Bahadur Shastriji was celebrated by offering flowers on his portrait in the residential office of MP Kalicharan Munda under the chairmanship of District President Ravi Mishra. Earlier, the Congress Committee under the leadership of District President Ravi Mishra paid homage to the statue of Bapu located in the local Datia village by garlanding it in the presence of the MP. On the occasion, District President Ravi Mishra said that if the contribution of Bapu and Lal Bahadur Shastri ji had not been there, perhaps India would still have remained a slave. MP Kalicharan Munda said that the country is moving towards progress by following the path shown by both the great personalities. It was he who raised the country from social evils like casteism, untouchability, otherwise there would be no feeling of love and harmony in the country.
