Two people have been arrested in connection with the murder of a father by stabbing him with a knife in front of his son over a dispute over cleaning the drain and parking a motorcycle in Shankar Vihar Colony located in Khoda police station area. The arrested accused are father and son. Who is a resident of Shankar Vihar and is a neighbor of the deceased.
ACP Swatantra Kumar Singh said that on November 13, Nanhe Khan was stabbed to death in Shankar Vihar Colony by his neighbor Zakir, his son Shakir and two other people. When the son of the deceased, Salman, who was present there in this matter, protested, he was also attacked with a knife in which he got injured and has been admitted to the hospital. In this regard, deceased Khan’s son Asif had lodged a police report. On Thursday, the police arrested Zakir and his son Shakir on charges of murder. Two blood stained knives have been recovered from both of them.
On interrogating the arrested Zakir and Shakir, the fact came to light that there was a daily dispute with Nanhe and his son regarding cleaning the drain and parking the motorcycle. On Wednesday, Nanhe and his sons together made a big deal with us and to take revenge for our bad luck, we along with some of our relatives attacked Nanhe Malik and Salman with a knife at Rabbani Masjid.
