Ramgarh, June 21 (HS). DC Chandan Kumar reviewed the work being done by the supply office in Ramgarh district on Friday. During the review meeting in the Collectorate auditorium, the DC first inquired about the payments made to the farmers against paddy procurement. He also said that the farmers who have sold paddy to PACS should also be paid soon. During this, District Supply Officer Ranjita Toppo informed the Deputy Commissioner about the payments made against paddy procurement. On which the Deputy Commissioner directed to make payments to the remaining farmers as soon as possible.
Poor people should get ration cards, take action against ineligible card holders
The Deputy Commissioner has given instructions to cover the poor and deserving people with the benefits of ration card. He said that action should be taken by running a campaign against those beneficiaries who are not eligible to get the benefit of ration card but are still taking advantage of it. He instructed to take legal action by collecting fine from them. He also instructed to widely publicize the campaign and make people aware to surrender their ration card themselves.
Aadhaar and mobile seeding of ration card holders should be completed soon
During the meeting, the Deputy Commissioner directed all the Block Supply Officers to organize special camps and complete the pending Aadhaar seeding and mobile seeding of the ration card beneficiaries as soon as possible. Along with this, he also gave many important instructions while reviewing the Sona Sobran Dhoti Sari Scheme, Green Ration Card, Mukhyamantri Mantri Dal-Bhat Scheme etc.
