If you see a problem in the status or the payment has failed, then take these steps:

  1. Get E-KYC done: If the e-KYC is pending, complete it immediately. You can get OTP-based e-KYC on PM-Kisan portal or biometric-based e-KYC at your close CSC center. This is very important.

  2. Link to Aadhaar bank account: Make sure your Aadhaar card is link to your bank account. For this, contact your bank branch.

  3. Check bank account details: Re-check your bank account details (name, IFSC code, account number) again whether they match the information recorded on the PM-Kisan portal.
