After four rounds of talks failed, farmers seem to be in an aggressive mood. On Tuesday, on the call of Delhi Chalo, farmers are camping in Shambhu and Khanauri on the Punjab-Haryana border.
Farmers with heavy machinery including hydraulic cranes, JCBs and earth movers were seen waving flags and raising slogans at Shambhu on the Punjab-Haryana border.

On the other hand, a bench of Punjab and Haryana High Court Acting Chief Justice GS Sandhawalia and Justice Lupita Banerjee questioned the Punjab government on allowing such a large number of farmers to gather.
The court was hearing a PIL filed by advocate Uday Pratap Singh, a resident of Amravati Enclave in Panchkula, who said the road blockade was causing inconvenience to residents and was also hampering the movement of ambulances, school buses.
