Ingredients to make Farali Paratha

  • 2 cups water gram flour
  • 2 medium potatoes, boiled and mashed
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon rock salt
  • 1/4 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tbsp ghee
  • water as required
  • Oil or ghee for frying parathas

How to make Farali Paratha

1). Mix potatoes, turmeric powder, rock salt, coriander powder and ghee in gram flour.
2). – Mix water and knead the dough.
3). Keep the dough for 10-15 minutes.
4). Make small round balls of the dough.
5). Spread the parantha and fry it on a pan, add oil or ghee.
