Samo,
Sago,
Ginger-chilli paste,
Salt,
Curd,
Ino,
fruit salt,
Oil,
sugar, cumin,
mole
Sweet neem,
Green chilly,
Coriander.

step 1
First of all, grind the soap granules and sesame seeds in a mixer jar.

Step-2
Now add soap, baking powder, salt, curd, ginger-chilli paste in a bowl and mix.

Step-3
Now make the batter by adding some water to it and cover it and let it set for 10 minutes.

Step-4
Now add fruit salt or baking soda, water and mix. Apply oil on a plate and pour the batter in it. Sprinkle red chilli powder, black pepper powder on top and cook in steam of hot water on full flame.

Step-5 –
Now heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, sweet neem, sesame seeds and garnish it on the dhokla. Farali Khatta Dhokla is ready, cut it into pieces with a knife and serve with chutney.
