Farali Dhonsa with Bhaji and Chutney is a complete and nutritious meal for fasting days. Once you taste this crunchy Dhonsa made from Samana rice, sago and curd, you will never feel hungry again. First of all clean and wash the clothes. Take a bowl of water and soak it for at least 2 hours. After this, filter it and grind it in a mixer using 2 tablespoons water until smooth. – Now take this mixture in a bowl and add amaranth flour, buttermilk, ginger-chilli paste and salt and mix well. Now cover it and leave it overnight. It will ferment well.

When you want to remove the dhosa, stir the cucumber once and heat a non-stick pan on the gas. First of all, shape the dough into a round shape with a piece of cucumber. – After rolling the halwa, apply oil on the edges and let it rise until the edges of the dhonsa become golden. – Now turn it over and then fold it in half. By doing this your mockup will be ready. You can eat it with chutney. Hot fried dhaunsa will fulfill your fast as well as fill your stomach.
