Then his Scorpio collided with a pickup vehicle in Sarsiwa area of Bilaigarh. The accident was so gruesome that the actor died instantly.

Then suddenly his car collided with a pickup vehicle coming from the front. After the accident, Suraj Mehar died on the spot. It is being told that on the day of the accident, his engagement was to take place in Odisha.
Many reports said that both Suraj Mehar and the driver were seriously injured in the accident. On the spot, he was taken to a private hospital for treatment, from where Suraj Mehar was referred to Bilaspur. On reaching here the doctor declared Suraj dead.
