Actor and surfing instructor Tamayo Perry, who appeared in the Hollywood film 'Pirates of the Caribbean' starring Johnny Depp, has died. The actor was attacked by a shark while surfing near Goat Island in Hawaii. When a spectator saw Tamayo covered in blood, he immediately informed the emergency services.
