Jaipur, March 27 (HS). Rajasthan High Court Chief Justice MM Srivastava said that family courts have been created to adjudicate family matters. The process here is different from other courts. Here lawyers, counselors and judges try to reconcile the parties. Child custody cases also come in these courts. Due to which family members also come to these courts. In such a situation, not only should the building of the family court be good, but there should also be proper arrangement for seating of the visiting family members.
