When the reality came before the court, the court declared the young man innocent. The court also sentenced the girl to the same punishment and said, 'You will also have to spend the same number of days in jail as the young man will be in jail.' The crying young man narrated his ordeal

Victim Ajay alias Raghav told that 'This is 2019. When the Shravan program was going on, the girl's elder sister Neetu came to me for the program. He said teach us the program. For this we used to go to his house. Wherever we went during the programme, Neetu's husband accompanied us. His mother and brother also know that we keep coming and going there. We went to his house and told him that our mother was unwell. She went missing that day and later said that we were with Ajay that day. A case of kidnapping and rape was registered against me. Defamed my name, ruined my career. Now wherever I go, people look at me with suspicion, but the court has also given a historic verdict that the girl will have to spend the same number of days in jail as I have spent in jail and she will fine me Rs 5 lakh. Will also impose higher fine. of daily labour. Even though the court has acquitted me, the girl's false allegation will never be erased.

First said illiterate, then signed in English

Narrating his story, the victim Raghav said, 'While giving testimony in the court in this case, the girl turned hostile. First she said that she was illiterate, did not know how to read and write and when the turn came to sign, the girl signed in English. After which the judge realized that the girl was lying and deliberately wanted to deceive the young man. After this the court acquitted the young man and sentenced the girl. A case has been registered against the girl for giving false testimony in this entire matter.

The court took a strict stand on this incident and said, 'The real victims have to bear the loss of such actions of women. This is a very serious situation for the society. Using the police and courts to achieve one's goals is destructive. Women cannot be allowed to undermine the interests of men.
