When the police investigated the matter thoroughly, it was found that Morris Samuel Christian had ordered fake mediation regarding the disputed land in 2019. Everyone was shocked after this incident came to light.
Accused Morris Samuel Christian had set up a fake court in Rakhi Vasna area, where he also impersonated lawyers, clerks and other court employees. Police have registered a case against the accused under sections 170, 419, 420, 465, 467 and 471 of IPC.
Apart from this, another case is already registered against him in Maninagar Police Station, which includes sections 406, 420, 467, 468 and 471. The police have taken the accused into custody and the matter is being investigated thoroughly.
