Fake degree case: Large number of degrees found in search of accused Pradeep's house

Jaipur, 13 April (HS). Special Operation Group (SOG) searched the residence of Pradeep Kumar Sharma, resident of Pugalsar Bas, Sardarshahar, Churu, previously arrested in the fake degree case. During the search, a large quantity of fake degrees, account books related to fake degrees, blank migration certificates, fake seals and other items were found.

Twenty OPJS University mark sheets, OPJS migration certificates 25 blank and 32 filled, provisional certificates 66 blank and 8 filled, OPJS University character certificates 40 blank and 5 filled, 7 forged seals of three universities, examination answers at his home. 44 notebooks were blank, 30 were heavy, four diaries containing accounts of transactions worth lakhs of rupees in relation to degree, two lakh three thousand rupees in cash, hard disk of laptop which recorded the data and accounts of the candidates have been seized. Apart from the degrees of the arrested accused Pradeep, his own MSc, MBA, PhD in Computer Science, property documents were seized.
