Explosive comet named 'Mother of the Dragon' will be visible in the sky after 71 years

Last month's total solar eclipse was seen in the US, an astronomical event watched by millions of people. The name of this comet is 12P-Pons Bruxus which is also known as Comet Devil. This comet was last seen in 1954, which is now visible after 71 years. Paul Chodas, director of the Center for Near Earth, said that as the comet gets closer to the Sun, it will appear brighter, the New York Post reports.

This cosmic hail makes one revolution around the Sun in 71 years. This particular type of mass is a cryovolcano that erupts and deposits large amounts of gas and ice. Stored Coke burns like a can. It will be closest to Earth from April to June. The comet will be most clearly visible on April 21. After sunset a temperature of 15 degrees can be seen in the sky. This devil comet was discovered in 1812. The Mother of Dragons will be closest to Earth in the Southern Hemisphere in June.

Thus, for people living in the Northern Hemisphere, April will be the best time to see the comet, while for those in the Southern Hemisphere, June will be the best time. The diameter of a comet passing through the solar system is 30 km. This comet can be seen with the naked eye without the aid of any type of space instrument. Due to heat, the ice inside the comet turns into solid gas. The gas draws dust from the comet's surface. This creates a large cloud and feather-like shape that is pushed out by the solar wind. Nuclear explosions continue to emanate from this comet.
