Execution of 82 suits in Lok Adalat, recovery of more than Rs 3 lakh revenue

Koderma, 24 February (Hindustan Reporter). Monthly Lok Adalat was organized on Saturday in the Vyavar Court premises. On the occasion, Principal District and Sessions Judge cum Chairman District Legal Services Authority Virendra Kumar Tiwari said that in the decision given in Lok Adalat, both the parties win and this decision satisfies both the parties. He said that Lok Adalat is a powerful medium to provide quick, cheap and accessible justice.

A total of three benches were formed in this Lok Adalat. District Judge II Ajay Kumar Singh and advocate Ritam Kumari in bench number one, Chief Judicial Magistrate Pratap Chandra and advocate Suman Jaiswal in bench number two, Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Manoranjan Kumar and advocate Reena Kumari in bench number three, Permanent Lok Sabha in bench number four. Court Chairman RK Tiwari, members Baleshwar Ram and Mamta Singh heard the case. A total of 82 cases were disposed of through four benches in Lok Adalat while a total revenue of Rs 3,30,250 was collected from various departments.

On this occasion, Chief Justice Family Court Syed Salim Fatmi, Judicial Magistrate First Class Prashant Kumar Verma, Shivangi Priya, Juhi Kumari, Munsif Danish Nawaz, officials of Electricity Department, Excise Department, court personnel Ranjit Kumar Singh, Anil Kumar Singh, Pramod Chaudhary, Rajiv Kumar, Ravi Kumar, Sanjay Kumar, PLV Ravindra Kumar, Manoj Kumar were present.
