The best thing is that you do not need to work hard to make it. You can prepare it easily with some spices available at home. Even if you have an oven you can make it.

The recipe for making stuffed capsicum with potatoes is as follows:

-Boil the potatoes and keep them aside.

-Wash the capsicum and make a slit on the top or in the middle.

– Now chop onion, green chilli and coriander leaves and keep aside.

-Take a pan and heat oil in it. When the oil is hot, add onion, green chilli and green coriander.

– Then add coriander powder, turmeric powder, black pepper, red chilli powder, cumin powder and dry mango powder.

Fry everything well.

-Mash boiled potatoes and mix them in the mixture. Also add salt.

– Mix everything well and take it out in a plate. Let it cool down a bit.

-Then you have to fill this mixture in capsicum. For this, fill the capsicum with the mixture with the help of a spoon, taking care that every corner is filled.

– Now heat some oil in a pan and add stuffed capsicum in it.

-Spray some oil on top and cover it. Cook it.

-When the capsicum starts appearing ripe, remove the lid and cook them without covering so that they become crunchy.

-Repeat this process with each capsicum.

-Serve them hot with rice and dal.
