Methi Papad Nu Shak Recipe: Methi Papad ki Sabzi is a favourite of many people. Fenugreek is also beneficial in terms of Ayurveda. Today we will tell you the recipe of how to make methi-papad ki sabzi for everyone at home.

Ingredients for making Methi Papad:

  • 1 cup fenugreek
  • 1 cup papad pieces
  • 2 medium onions, finely chopped
  • 2 medium tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 1 green chilli, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Coriander, to garnish

How to make Methi Papad Sabzi:

  • First of all, soak the fenugreek seeds for 6 minutes. Then boil it in a cooker and separate its water.
  • – Heat oil in a pan and add onion, tomato, green chilli and ginger-garlic paste and fry it.
  • Add cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and red chili powder and fry it.
  • – Now add fenugreek and papad pieces and mix well.
  • – Add salt and water and cook on low flame for 5-7 minutes. Your fenugreek papad sabzi is ready. Garnish with coriander and serve.
