Methi Papad Nu Shak Recipe: Methi Papad ki Sabzi is a favourite of many people. Fenugreek is also beneficial in terms of Ayurveda. Today we will tell you the recipe of how to make methi-papad ki sabzi for everyone at home.
Ingredients for making Methi Papad:
- 1 cup fenugreek
- 1 cup papad pieces
- 2 medium onions, finely chopped
- 2 medium tomatoes, finely chopped
- 1 green chilli, finely chopped
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- salt to taste
- 2 tbsp oil
- Coriander, to garnish
How to make Methi Papad Sabzi:
- First of all, soak the fenugreek seeds for 6 minutes. Then boil it in a cooker and separate its water.
- – Heat oil in a pan and add onion, tomato, green chilli and ginger-garlic paste and fry it.
- Add cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and red chili powder and fry it.
- – Now add fenugreek and papad pieces and mix well.
- – Add salt and water and cook on low flame for 5-7 minutes. Your fenugreek papad sabzi is ready. Garnish with coriander and serve.
