Everyone from adults to children will like Paneer Samosa, make it by following this recipe!

Samosa is considered to be one of the most famous street food of India, whose taste leaves people mesmerized. Be it children or old, Samosa is recognized as everyone's favorite dish. Usually, homemade samosas are stuffed with potatoes, but today we will share the recipe of Paneer Samosa. These can be served hot with chutney or sauce, so let us know about their recipe.

Material:

Flour – 3 cups

Paneer – 200 grams

Boiled potatoes – 2

Green peas – 1/2 cup

Chopped green chillies – 2

Coriander powder – 1 teaspoon

Ajwain – 1 teaspoon

Grated ginger – 1 teaspoon hot

Masala – 1 teaspoon dry fruits

Powder – 1/4 tsp

Cumin – 1 teaspoon

Red chilli powder – 1 tsp

finely chopped coriander

Oil

salt as per taste

recipe:

-Take flour in a bowl, sift it and add carom seeds, oil and salt to it. Mix them well.

-Add a little water to the flour mixture and knead a stiff dough. Cover it with a wet cloth and leave it like that.

– Meanwhile, prepare the stuffing for samosas. – Take cheese and break it into pieces. You can also grate cheese.

– Take boiled potatoes and mash them well. Heat oil in a pan.

– Add cumin, grated ginger, chopped green chillies and fry for a few seconds.

– Now add green peas to it and fry for about two minutes.

-Add cheese and mashed potatoes and mix well. Then add red chilli powder, garam masala, coriander powder, dry mango powder and salt. Mix everything well and cook for 2 more minutes.

-Add chopped coriander and mix. Turn off the flame and let the mixture cool.

– Now take the remaining dough and knead it once again and make small balls.

-Roll each ball into a flat, round shape like a puri.

-Make it round and cut it in half.

Then place half of the portion on the palm and fill a little of the prepared filling in the middle.

– Now give it the shape of a samosa and close the filling from all three sides. Similarly, prepare samosas by filling all the balls one by one.

– Heat oil in a pan for deep frying. – Fry the samosas until they turn golden brown.

– Once done, take them out from the oil and keep them in a separate plate.

-Your delicious Paneer Samosas are ready to serve.
