Jodhpur, August 13 (HS). Deputy Chief Minister Diya Kumari flagged off the Tiranga Yatra rally organized under the joint aegis of the District Administration, District Council and ICDS from the Collectorate premises on Tuesday under the Har Ghar Tiranga Abhiyan.

The Deputy Chief Minister said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has connected every person with the feeling of patriotism under the Har Ghar Tiranga Abhiyan. This is a festival to unite all the countrymen. He said that the contribution of every class, every category of people is absolutely necessary in this campaign. We all have to make every possible effort to make this campaign successful. He also appealed to hoist the tricolor on every house. The Deputy Chief Minister also administered the tricolor pledge to all the people's representatives, officers, personnel, youth, women and every person present in the program. Along with this, he gave the message of patriotism by signing the message of Har Ghar Tiranga on the tricolor canvas. He also gave the message of de-addiction by signing under the signature campaign against drug addiction under the Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan.

City MLA Atul Bhansali and Shergarh MLA Babu Singh Rathore welcomed the Deputy Chief Minister at the venue by presenting him with a bouquet of flowers. District Collector Gaurav Aggarwal felicitated the Deputy Chief Minister by presenting him a plant.

March with patriotic slogans

The Tiranga Yatra started from the Collectorate Campus and reached back to the Collectorate Campus via Pawta Circle, Sojati Gate, Ghantaghar, Police Line, KN College, Pawta Circle. The district administration, police administration, district council, education department personnel, Anganwadi workers etc. took out a Tiranga Yatra filled with patriotism with the slogan Bharat Mata Ki Jai on their vehicles. Chief Executive Officer District Council Dr. Dheeraj Kumar Singh, ADM First Deepti Sharma, ADM Second Ratanlal Yogi, Deputy Director ICDS Akanksha Bairwa along with all the officers, personnel and dignitaries took part in the Tiranga Yatra rally.
