This problem is mostly seen at young age. Most cases of back pain occur at the age of 50-55 years. Today every 13th person is suffering from this pain. However, there is a treatment which if adopted at home can provide relief from this pain without medicine.
1. Cold and heat therapy
If back pain is due to an injury, applying a cold bandage or ice pack immediately after the injury can provide relief. It is believed to numb the injured area and provide relief from pain. It can also reduce swelling. If the injury is old, it is best to apply a heating pad or hot water bottle to the back after about 48 hours. Its heat will give relief to the muscles.
2. Milk-Turmeric-Honey
If you want to get rid of back pain then milk, turmeric and honey can help. Drinking a mixture of these three provides relief from back pain and also reduces the pain in joints and other organs.
3. Garlic and Cloves
Eating two-three cloves of garlic every morning on an empty stomach provides relief from this pain. If you want relief from back pain, basil, dry ginger, poppy seeds and ginger can also be beneficial. This can provide immediate relief.
4. Massage will provide relief
If there is severe back pain then a good massage also provides relief. This can also relieve stress. Massaging the back with garlic oil also provides more relief. Heat some mustard oil and coconut oil on low flame and add garlic cloves to it and heat it. After this massaging it will provide relief.
5. Exercise
