Tradition of Shadow Cabinet in these countries

Countries like Australia, Canada, Britain have a tradition of shadow cabinet. Recently, British MP leader Rishi Sunak has formed a shadow cabinet. It is worth noting that former Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has been living in Britain for many years. He has adopted this concept from Britain.

Earlier, the opposition in the country had formed a shadow cabinet

Let us tell you that earlier in the year 2005, BJP and Shiv Sena formed a shadow cabinet under the leadership of Vilasrao Deshmukh to monitor the Congress-NCP government in Maharashtra. In 2015, Congress used this concept during the Shivraj Singh Chauhan government in Madhya Pradesh. In 2018, a shadow cabinet was formed by the opposition to monitor the functioning of the Pinarayi Vijayan government in Kerala.
