Koderma, 25 August (HS). Girls participated enthusiastically in the cycle rally organised in Jhumritilaiya on Sunday for Cyclothon 4.0 under the nationwide programme of Marwari Yuva Manch. Former president of Jain community and social worker Sushil Chhabra flagged off the rally.
The above program was organized by the Prerna branch of Marwari Yuva Manch in the CH Plus Two High School ground with the aim of increasing environmental awareness and community participation, and to promote a healthy lifestyle, in one day in all the 851 branches of All India Marwari Yuva Manch countrywide. As the chief guest, social worker Sushil Chhabra said that bicycle is the best and most economical means of staying fit. Along with being economical, bicycle is important in reducing the economic burden on the family and society. In such a situation, the role of bicycle can be important in reducing social inequalities.
As a special guest, the principal of CH Plus Two School Manoj Kumar said that Marwari Yuva Manch's Cyclothon program is working as a mass movement for environmental protection. Its main objective is to spread awareness about the environment and educate the society about a carbon-free environment. Marwari Yuva Manch Mandal's assistant minister Shreya Kedia said that the main objective of organizing the Cyclothon by Marwari Yuva Manch is to appeal to the participants as well as other people to use a bicycle once a week and not to use diesel and petrol-driven vehicles for a day at your office, business center, school, college or other workplace.
Prerna Branch President Sarika Laddha said that life is incomplete without nature and it is our moral duty to protect nature. Project Director Priya Agarwal and Jyoti Agarwal said that Marwari Yuva Manch is known not by its name but by its work. Secretary Sheetal Poddar thanked the guests for making this program successful directly and indirectly and for giving their valuable time to the program. In the program, the winners of this Cyclothon 4.0 competition were awarded trophies by the guests. Anchal Kumari came first in the competition, Manisha Kumari came second and Dolly Kumari came third. The support teachers of the school Dinesh Kumar, Shashi Kumar, Naveen Kumar, Kamal Kumar played an important role in making the program successful. Apart from this, Prerna Branch Vice President Neha Hisaria, Shweta Gutgutia and the school's Dolly Kumari, Prerna Kumari M, Kanika Kumari, Anita Kumari, Sheetal Kumari, Sapna Kumari, Sonam Kumari, Monica Kumari etc. were present in the program.
