Pressure cooker is also useful for making Litti. First of all heat the cooker and apply oil inside it. Remove the whistle and gasket. Then place the littis in the cooker one by one, taking care that they do not stick to each other. Close the lid and cook on low flame for four to five minutes. Then turn the litti and cook on medium flame for 20-25 minutes. When there are cracks in the litti, then understand that they are ready.
