Method:
First of all, put flour in a vessel and mix powdered sugar, coconut, cardamom and ghee in it.
After this, dissolve sugar in milk and knead this flour mixture tightly.
Roll the puris for some time.
Now heat ghee in a pan and fry puris in it.
