Methi Bhaji is something that can be enjoyed hot anytime. Today here I will tell you the method of making Pocha and Jalidar Methi Bhajiya. If you eat these fenugreek seeds once, you will want to eat them again and again. So note down the recipe of Methi Pakoda.

What ingredients will be required to make Methi Pakodas?

  • Fenugreek,
  • Coriander,
  • Green chilly,
  • ginger chilli paste,

How to make Methi Pakodas?

  • – First of all, take gram flour in a bowl, then finely chop fenugreek, coriander and chilli. After soaking well in water, add fenugreek and coriander seeds.
  • – Now add salt, cumin, fennel, ginger chilli paste, a pinch of sugar and black pepper powder.
  • Add water as required and mix well to make a paste. – Then add a little baking soda to it and mix.
  • – Now heat oil in a pan and deep fry all the vegetables. Your pocha and netted pakodas are ready. Serve with hot curd or chutney.
