Enjoy rice pakodas with evening tea, the recipe is very easy!

Material

2 cups cooked rice

1 cup gram flour

1 tsp green chilli, chopped

2-3 tbsp coriander, chopped

1/2 tsp ginger, chopped

1/4 tsp carom seeds

1/4 tsp red chili powder

oil for frying

salt, as per taste

Method:

– First of all, put gram flour in a vessel and add some water to it and mix well with hands.

While mixing, mash the gram flour so that all the lumps inside it are removed.

– Add red chilli powder, carom seeds and salt to gram flour, mix well and prepare the solution.

Keep the prepared solution covered for 5 minutes. During this, finely chop green chillies, green coriander leaves and ginger.

Take cooked rice in a bowl and add these three things to it and mix well.

– Take some rice mixture in your hand and first make it round and then flatten it.

– Prepare rice balls from the entire mixture.

– Put oil in a pan and heat it.

– When the oil is hot, take a ball of rice, dip it in gram flour and put it in the oil.

Add rice balls one by one as per the capacity of the pan and deep fry.

– After frying until golden on both sides, take out the rice pakodas in a plate.

– Serve prepared pakodas with green chutney or sauce.
