Paneer Balls Recipe: Everyone likes crispy things in the evening snack. If you get a hot dish then there is nothing better. Today I will tell you the recipe of making paneer balls. After eating these paneer balls, you will forget even pakodas.

Ingredients for making Paneer Balls

  • Boiled potatoes
  • Cheese
  • Cheese
  • Salt

  • Green chilly
  • Bread Slices
  • Corn flour

How to make Paneer Balls

  • To make this, first peel the boiled potatoes.
  • – Then peel the garlic and ginger and grind them with green chillies.
  • – Now grate potatoes, paneer and cottage cheese.
  • Mix it well and add ginger garlic paste, salt and pepper to it. Mix well and keep it smooth.
  • – Now make small balls of it.
  • – Then make a mixture of corn flour and water in a bowl. Also add salt and black pepper powder to it.
  • Dip each ball in the mixture, roll it out and then coat it in bread crumbs.
  • Prepare all the balls in the same manner and heat oil in a pan.
  • Fry the paneer balls one by one in hot oil. Do not use a spoon too much while frying it, as it can cause the balls to burst.
  • – After all the balls are ready, serve them with ketchup.
