Test series will start in Multan
The 3-match Test series between England and Pakistan is starting from 7th October, in which there will be a lot of pressure on the host Pakistan team. Recently, Pakistan had to face defeat in the Test series at the hands of Bangladesh on home ground. The first Test match between the two teams will be played in Multan from 7-11 October, while the second match will also be played on the same ground from 15-19 October. The third match of the series will be played in Rawalpindi from 24 to 28 October.
The England cricket team has reached Pakistan after a long gap of 21 months. England last toured Pakistan in 2022 for a T20I and Test series between September and December. After this, England defeated Pakistan 3-0 in the 3-match Test series and won the 7-match T20 series 4-3.
