Before the Delhi Assembly elections, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is going to organize Delhi Employment Fair 2024 to attract the youth and bring them into its fold. The aim of this initiative is to realize the dreams of the youth and make them self-reliant by providing them employment opportunities.

Employment fair will be organized on 23rd December

• Delhi BJP announced the event on its official social media platform ‘X’.
• According to the post:
  

  “Slum Youth Employment Fair will be organized by Delhi Pradesh BJP on 23rd December at Talkatora Stadium. This fair will run from 10 am to 4 pm.”

This mega event is being organized jointly by Sampark Bharti and Delhi BJP.

• Venue: Talkatora Stadium.
• Date: 23 December 2024.
• Timings: 10 am to 4 pm.
• Objective:
  • To provide skilled and unskilled employment to the youth.
  • Reducing social and economic distance.

PM Modi’s ‘Employment Fair’ and appointment letters to 71,000 youth

• Prime Minister Narendra Modi will also hand over appointment letters to 71,000 youth under the recruitment drive ‘Rozgar Mela’ organized on December 23.
• PM Modi will address the youth through video conferencing.
• According to the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO):
  • The employment fair reflects the Prime Minister’s commitment to employment generation.
  • This fair will give the youth an opportunity to participate in nation building and self-empowerment.

   • Till now lakhs of youth have been given jobs.
