Elon Musk reveals: Takes 'drugs' for depression

Tesla CEO and billionaire Elon Musk is often in the news. A few days ago, the news was much discussed that he was using medicines like ketamine for depression. Later reports said that several board members of Tesla and SpaceX were upset with Elon Musk's drug use. Members said such drugs could affect Musk's health and business. However, amidst all these news, the veteran businessman has praised Ketamine. He said that by consuming it he is able to concentrate to work in a better way.

my mind thinks negative

Tesla's CEO also said in an interview, 'Many times my mind thinks negatively. Maybe it's depression. Depression has nothing to do with bad news. Ketamine helps relieve hallucinations. He further said that a doctor had given him medicine. He takes the medicine once every other week.

Elon Musk clarified

Musk said, 'If you take an overdose of ketamine, you will not be able to work. I have a lot of work. I usually work 16 hours a day. So there's really no reason for me where I can't be mentally serious for a long period of time.

Elon Musk said he doesn't drink alcohol or smoke, but is sober when he works late at night, but he did not specify whether he was referring to ketamine or some other drug.

Depression Genetics: Elon Musk

The billionaire insisted that depression is genetic. He also said he did not think his use of the drugs would affect his government contracts or investor relations. What matters from a Wall Street perspective is execution, he said. Are you creating value for investors? So Tesla's value is equal to the total value of the rest of the car industry. So from an investor's perspective, if I am taking something, I should keep taking it.

People say Elon Musk is a drug mafia

A Wall Street Journal report published in January said people who knew the world's second richest man claimed he had taken LSD, cocaine, ecstasy and psychedelic mushrooms. Private parties are held around the world, where guests agree to non-disclosure agreements. Musk has been accused of taking drugs in such parties.

Former Tesla director Linda Johnson is said to be so angry with Musk's erratic behavior and drug habit that she decided not to run for re-election to the electric vehicle maker's board in 2019. However, Musk's lawyer Alex Spiro says that businessman Elon Musk is always under investigation, in which it has never come to light that he has taken drugs.
