Nawada, 02 April (HS). On Tuesday, the last day of withdrawal of nominations in Nawada, not a single candidate has withdrawn his nomination.
After the removal of DM Ashutosh Verma by the Election Commission, Nawada DC Deepak Kumar Mishra, who was the in-charge DM, gave information in a press conference. He told that in this way, a total of 08 candidates who were earlier after scrutiny remained in the election fray. Election symbols of all the candidates have been allotted.
According to the serial number in EVM, Bahujan Samaj Party candidate Ranjit Kumar is at number one, Vivek Thakur of BJP is at number two, Shravan Kushwaha of Rashtriya Janata Dal is at number three, Anand Kumar Verma of Bharat Jan Jagran Dal is at number four, Ganauri Pandit is at number five. People's Party of India (Democratic), Gautam Kumar Bablu Partnership Party at sixth position, Gunjan Kumar Independent at seventh position and Vinod Yadav's name and election symbol at eighth position.
