News India Live, Digital Desk: The Election Commission said on Sunday that by -elections will be held on June 19 in five assembly seats in four states. Two assembly seats will be held in Gujarat, while by-elections will be held in Kerala, West Bengal and Punjab. The Election Commission said that the counting of votes will be held on June 23.
