Eight-day summer camp in Khunti for skill development of children from May 17

Khunti, 30 April (Hindustan Reporter) Under the aegis of Veer Birsa Archery Academy and Khunti Rifle Shooting Club, a summer camp cum competition will be organized in Khunti from 17th to 24th May. Through the second summer camp-cum-competition organized for skill development of children during summer holidays, boys and girls above five years of age will be selected in Archery Academy and girls above nine years of age will be selected in rifle and pistol shooting.

The summer camp will include classes in physical training, recreational activities, yoga etc. apart from archery and rifle shooting. For this, various types of activities will be organized every day from 6 to 8 in the morning and from 4 to 6 in the evening. The last date for registration to be a part of the summer camp is May 15. For this, the fee for children of Khunti district has been fixed at Rs 1000 and for children outside Khunti district it has been fixed at Rs 1500.
