ED’s big attack in tender scam, charge sheet against 14 engineers:

The 14 officers whom ED has made new accused include officers from the level of Chief Engineer to Assistant Engineer:

Singrai broken: former chief engineer

Rajeev Lochan: former chief engineer

Surendra Kumar: former chief engineer

Pramod Kumar: former chief engineer

Executive Engineer (EE): Santosh Kumar, Ajay Kumar, Ajay Tirkey, Rajkumar Toppo, Ashok Kumar Gupta, Siddhant Kumar.

Retired Officer: Anil Kumar (Former Chief Engineer).

Other: Assistant Engineer Ram Pukar Ram and Ramesh.

3 shocking revelations in the investigation (Key Findings):

3% Fixed Commission Game: According to ED, in the department Rs 3048 crore Tenders were allotted. of the total value from the contractors against each tender 3% commission It was collected compulsorily.

Raids at 52 places: So far, raids have been conducted at 52 locations in Jharkhand, Delhi and Bihar.
