ED will interrogate Irshad, Tapas and Sanjeet for three days, court gives permission


Ranchi, May 13 (HS). In the land scam case related to former Chief Minister Hemant Soren, a hearing was held in the court of ED Special Judge Rajeev Ranjan in the remand case of Hazaribagh's deed writer Mohd Irshad and Kolkata's Registrar of Assurance employees Tapas Ghosh and Sanjeet Kumar.

After the hearing on Monday, the court granted remand of all three for three days for questioning. The remand period will start from Tuesday. This information was given by the ED advocate. ED had arrested all three in the land scam case on the night of May 9. After this, when presented before the court on May 10, all three were sent to Birsa Munda Central Jail in judicial custody.
