ED has conducted raids in Punjab, Delhi and Madhya Pradesh in connection with money laundering. This raid was conducted on a company engaged in liquor manufacturing business. Let us tell you that the owner of the company is also associated with Akali Dal.

According to the information, the Enforcement Directorate team has raided different places in Punjab, Delhi and Madhya Pradesh in the money laundering case. Search operations are going on at seven different locations of Malbros International Private Limited, a subsidiary of Oasis Group of Companies. The company is accused of dumping industrial waste back into the ground through a borewell at its Ferozepur unit, which was polluting the soil and groundwater. Groundwater has been polluted within a radius of about four km. This matter was raised during the Zero Hour in Parliament House.

After this, the Central Pollution Control Board and the Central Ground Water Board also inspected this factory in Tehsil Jira. The Punjab Pollution Control Board has also filed a criminal complaint in this case.
