Dhanbad, 04 July (HS). The Enforcement Directorate (ED) team on Thursday started raiding four different locations in Dhanbad. The ED raided the residence of Pramod Singh, a health contract worker, and Ashwini Sharma.
According to the information, raids have been conducted at several of his hideouts. The ED team is conducting raids at several hideouts of Pramod Singh including his various residences in Sahayogi Nagar, Bhooli, Saraidhela. Along with this, ED has also raided the residence of Ashwini Sharma of Baghmara.
The whole case is related to disproportionate assets. Earlier when Pramod Singh was the block accountant at the Jodapokhar community center, the vigilance department had raided there too. It is said that after this Pramod Singh earned a lot of wealth by entering into illegal businesses including coal. Along with this, the ED team has also raided the place of coal trader Ashwini Sharma. Ashwini Sharma is associated with the coal business.
