A big recovery has taken place amidst the excitement of Lok Sabha elections 2024. The Enforcement Directorate (ED) team today conducted a raid in Jharkhand and recovered cash worth crores. ED teams this morning reached the house of the servant of Sanjeev Lal, personal secretary of state minister Alamgir Alam. This action has been taken on the basis of confidential information.
ED raid in Ranchi
ED officials searched every corner of the house. Till now cash worth Rs 30 crore has been recovered. This has been considered black money and raids are still going on. ED officials are interrogating Sanjeev Lal's servant. Their bank accounts and personal documents are being searched.
According to the information, ED is conducting raids in Ranchi while investigating the tender scam. A total of 9 locations including Ranchi's Cell City were raided. On Monday morning, the ED team first searched Vikas Kumar, engineer of the road construction department in SAIL City. Another ED team is conducting raids in Bariatu area. The ED team is taking this action in the case related to jailed engineer Virendra Ram.
